Telecalling Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and friendly Telecaller to join our team. Your primary role will be to make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to provide information, answer queries, or promote our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to explain products or services.
Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries.
Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call records.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
